Waiting Time Policy (Point-to-Point Services)

  • Airport Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges start 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, charged retroactively by the hour. No additional fees apply for flight delays, but the correct flight number and airline information must be provided.
  • Airport International Arrivals: Waiting time begins 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time and is billed hourly. No extra charges are applied for flight delays, as long as flight details are accurately provided.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: Waiting charges apply 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Billing is applied hourly from the originally scheduled time.
  • Train Arrivals: We cannot monitor train schedules; therefore, billing starts from the scheduled pick-up time.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@jmlluxury.com. A confirmation email will be sent as proof of cancellation. Please save this for reference. Cancellations cannot be made over the phone. The time the cancellation request is received determines the applicable fees. If canceled within one hour of booking, a full refund is issued. Beyond one hour, the deposit is non-refundable.

Point-to-Point Cancellations

Round trips must be canceled separately. A 30% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up incur full charges. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when making reservations.

Hourly Service Cancellations

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time result in a 100% forfeiture of the total amount.

Special Event Packages (Weddings/Proms)

Wedding and Prom package bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking. All packages are billed garage-to-garage, with the service starting from when the vehicle leaves our facility and ending when it returns.

Changes to Booking

Modifications to bookings must be made via email or phone. Any changes made during service, such as a different drop-off location, will incur additional charges. Boston Limousine reserves the right to refuse service extensions if vehicles are unavailable.

In-Vehicle Policies

JML Luxury Limousine is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. All vehicles are non-smoking, and passengers must refrain from opening doors while the car is moving or engaging in any unsafe behavior. Alcohol is allowed in limousines, but food consumption is not recommended. A $300 fee will apply for any damage or cleaning required due to illness or misuse of the vehicle’s interior.

Airport Pick-up Instructions

  • Terminal A: Cross two traffic lanes and meet your driver at the designated limo stand.
  • Terminal B: Exit the terminal, cross two lanes, and proceed to the garage for limousine pick-up.
  • Terminal C: Take the elevator to central parking and meet your driver at the limo stand.
  • Terminal E: Exit the terminal and proceed to the designated limo stand.

No-Show Fees

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost, plus applicable waiting time, will be charged if the passenger fails to meet at the designated location without contacting us.

Surcharges

Services scheduled before 6:00 AM or after 12:00 AM incur an additional surcharge. Holiday surcharges also apply on specific dates (e.g., Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve). Additional tolls, parking fees, and airport charges will be billed separately.

Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards, including AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Gratuity

A 20% service fee, which goes directly to the chauffeur, is automatically added to the total bill.

Limitation of Liability

JML Luxury is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. If service is delayed by more than 30 minutes due to uncontrollable factors, customers may cancel and receive a refund for the unused portion of their trip. However, choosing to proceed with the service voids any compensation claims.

JML Luxury reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
